Stump Grinding

Using a grinder with carbide steel teeth, we will take your stump to at least 8 inches below grade. This gets that nasty stump out of sight and allows the ground to be prepped for landscaping. Rate is $6.50 per inch for any stump. We charge a minimum grinding fee of $90 for trees up to 12 inches in diameter. We also offer grinding of exposed roots for $3.00 per inch

Back Filling

Once your stump is ground down 6 to 8 inches below the surface you have the options of waiting for your landscaper, DIY or we can do it that day leaving it clean and ready for seed or sod.

If you would like us to back fill then we bring clean black soil.

Pricing for backfill:

$2.00 per inch for the area where the stump was removed.

Chip/Mulch Removal

The grinding of the stump leaves behind chips and a mulch like material. You can choose to clean it up and use in your flower beds or as a ground cover or for weed control. Otherwise we will clean it up and take it away for you.

Pricing for clean up and removal:

$3.50 per inch for the stump that was removed.
